• Digital products (ChaseMaps itineraries, e-guides) will be delivered to your purchase email instantly. The customised solutions will be delivered within 3-10 days depending on the product page stated timeframe (e.g., instant download vs manual customization).
• Ensure the email provided at checkout is correct; we are not responsible for delivery to incorrect emails entered by customers.

Physical items (if any)

• If we offer printed maps or merchandise in future, shipping timelines, costs, and insurance will be displayed at checkout. For domestic shipments, expected delivery 4–7 business days (unless otherwise stated). Third-party courier T&Cs apply.

Proof of delivery
For digital goods, proof of delivery is the successful email delivery/log entry. For physical goods, shipment tracking will be provided.
