  1. Introduction & scope
    We (ChaseXperiences) collect and process personal data to provide travel itineraries, digital guides, visa support, travel planning services and related communications. This Policy describes what data we collect, why, how it is used, retention, data subject rights, and grievance contact. This policy is designed to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  2. Personal data we collect
    • Identity & contact: name, email, phone number, billing name.
    • Payment & bank details: payment token/transaction id (we do not store full card data — payments processed via Razorpay).
    • Transaction & booking data: purchases, itinerary preferences, travel dates.
    • Device & usage data: IP address, cookies, device/browser data for site functionality.
    • Optional: passport / visa documents only when you request visa support services (explicit consent sought).
  3. Legal basis for processing
    We process data to: (a) perform contracts (deliver itineraries/services); (b) comply with legal obligations; (c) legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvements); and (d) where required, on the basis of explicit consent. Under Indian DPDP rules, consent must be free, informed and specific — we will obtain consent for non-essential processing (marketing, document collection).
  4. How we use & share data
    • Use: deliver purchased digital products, send confirmations, process refunds, customer support, product updates, and marketing (only if consented).
    • Sharing: Razorpay (payment processor) for payment settlement; law enforcement if required; vendors (email delivery, cloud storage) under contract and limited purpose. Razorpay privacy and terms apply to payments.
  5. Retention
    We retain transactional data for statutory periods (tax/financial recordkeeping) and personal data only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance. Specific retention periods will be made available on request.
  6. Data subject rights
    You may: access, correct, withdraw consent, request erasure (subject to legal limits), and port data where technically feasible. Requests should be sent to info@chasexperiences.com. We will respond in line with DPDP timelines.
  7. Security
    We implement reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data (encryption of sensitive records, limited access, periodic audits). Note: payment card data is handled by Razorpay — we do not store raw card numbers.
  8. Cookies & tracking
    We use cookies for basic site functionality, analytics and marketing (only with consent for non-essential cookies). Provide cookie consent banners on site.

    We may update this policy; changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
