Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on ChaseXperiences, including instant digital products (itineraries, guides, ChaseMaps PDFs), visa support services, and customized travel planning services. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this policy.
1. Instant Digital Products (Itineraries, Guides, ChaseMaps PDFs)
- Non-refundable: All sales of instant digital products are final. Once a PDF or digital file has been delivered to your registered email or made available for download, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
- Exception — defective files: If you receive a corrupted, unreadable, or incorrect file, notify us within 48 hours of purchase at info@chasexperiences.com. We will re-send the correct file at no extra cost. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be processed.
2. Customized Services (Travel Planning, Visa Support, Pro Plans)
Customized services include any travel plan (end to end for any country), pro guide, or visa assistance tailored specifically to your preferences, dates, and requirements, involving manual research and preparation.
- Partial refunds: If cancellation is requested before full completion of the service, we may issue a partial refund, deducting charges for:
- Work already completed (research, planning hours, documentation)
- Non-recoverable third-party fees (e.g., visa fees, hotel/transport deposits)
- Refund bracket (recommended structure):
- Cancellation within 15 days of purchase (before service delivery starts): 60% refund
- Cancellation within 16–30 days of purchase (if partial work is done): 20% refund
- Cancellation after 30 days or once itinerary/visa support is delivered in full: No refund.
3. Third-Party Supplier Bookings
If we make bookings through third-party suppliers (e.g., flights, hotels, tours), those bookings are subject to supplier cancellation policies. Any refunds will be governed by the supplier’s terms, not ChaseXperiences. We will share applicable charges before confirming any booking.
4. Refund Processing Timelines & Method
- Refunds (where approved) will be initiated within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Razorpay and your bank’s processing timelines may affect final settlement.
5. Consumer Rights — No Hidden Charges
- We will not impose cancellation charges inconsistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
- Any applicable cancellation or processing fee will be clearly disclosed upfront before you purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email at info@chasexperiences.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Product/Service purchased
- Reason for refund
- Any supporting documents/screenshots
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process it as per this policy.
7. Dispute Escalation & Grievance Redressal
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution:
- Escalate to our Grievance Officer at info@chasexperiences.com
- All consumer rights under Indian law remain available, including escalation under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Additional Important Clauses (newly added for clarity & compliance)
- Force Majeure: No refunds will be provided for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics).
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without following our refund policy, we reserve the right to dispute it with supporting documentation.
- Duplicate/Accidental Payments: If you are charged twice for the same product/service due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full within 7–14 business days.
- Currency & Taxes: All refunds will be processed in INR only. Any exchange rate differences, bank fees, or taxes will not be reimbursed.
