  1. Acceptance
    By using ChaseXperiences services (website, digital products, advisory), you accept these T&C.
  2. Services offered
    We sell digital itineraries (ChaseMaps, ChaseXGuide), visa support, and travel planning packages in Basic / Plus / Pro tiers. Each product page describes deliverables, guidelines and scope. (Examples: delivery timeframe, number of itinerary revisions and usage guidelines and terms & condition).
  3. Booking & payment
    Payments processed via Razorpay. You must provide accurate billing details; refunds processed as per Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse service if fraud or misuse is suspected.
  4. Delivery of digital products
    Digital goods (itineraries, guides) will be delivered to the purchase email within the stated delivery timeframe (see Delivery Policy). After delivery, the buyer is responsible for downloading/saving their copy.
  5. Cancellation & refunds
    Travel bookings and digital product cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For travel planning services that require third-party bookings, vendor cancellation terms may apply.
  6. Intellectual property
    All content (text, images, itineraries, map designs) is owned by ChaseXperiences. You may use purchased digital guides for personal use onlyโ€”no resale, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission.
  7. Liability & disclaimers
    We provide planning and information services; we are not a supplier of transport/accommodation unless explicitly stated. We are not liable for third-party supplier failures, delays, or claims. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the product or service. We are not liable for indirect / consequential damages.
  8. Governing law & jurisdiction
    These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of [Indore, INDIA]ย 
  9. Changes to T&C
    We may update T&C; users will be notified of material changes.
